  • Includes one on one attention from a professional coach who will work with you to reach your goals.

    Each person will receive 100% customized programming based on their needs and sport.

    The athlete will receive daily feedback through results and video analysis as well as a monthly phone/skype consultation.

Affiliate Programming

  • For gym owners who want to just focus on running their gym while insuring members are still receiving the best exercise programming possible.

    Much like remote programming the gym will receive a coach through an initial consultation. Only difference here is the gym owner will receive the programming in one month blocks. Each month, Dark Horse works directly through email with gym owner to make changes & adjustments as needed.

  • This service is ideal for those at any level looking to improve their habits/behaviors toward nutrition. The one-on-one coaching allows for the coach and the client to create a close relationship in which clear, concise and strategic habits and skills are personalized to a plan that works realistically with their goals. Our coaching includes concentrations in family nutrition, post-injury nutrition, women's/men's health nutrition, elimination diets, prenatal nutrition and general nutrition counseling.
  • With advanced nutrition coaching options that we offer, you can receive 24/7 coaching, with at least 24 hours for your coach to respond. This means you get 100% support along the way and the freedom to feel comfortable asking your coach any questions. Personalized nutrition plans include anything that will help refine your understanding of nutrition & meaning. Our advanced nutritional coaching does not imply any nutritional basis without good reasoning behind each strategy. We will assess your goals, determine the habits that will best improve your nutritional lifestyle, and reassess measurements and data based every few weeks to track improvement.

  • This coaching is for those looking to step up their game by using more elite nutrition strategies to improve in their sport. Athletic coaching involves a focus in performance, where as, nutritional coaching focuses more directly on weight loss and general health. With athlete coaching, we assess your goals as an athlete, specified to whatever sport you are in, and implement more elite/fine-tuned strategies to increase performance.

  • Whether you are looking to compete in long distance running, college sports, or CrossFit, there are very specific and different goals for each and every athlete. These kind of habits usually include components such as specific nutrient timing, post-workout nutrition, pre-workout nutrition, supplementation, blood-work assessment, eating for body composition, as well as sleep and recovery modalities.
